Slow Fashion.
Quite Rebellion.
Wearable fine art rooted in slow fashion and quiet rebellion.
Thoughtfully designed and made by hand in Colorado, each piece is created from natural, rescued, and recycled fibers—made slowly, produced in small quantities, and designed to outlive trends.
The Cartography Collection
Real landscapes. Translated into wearable art.
Each Cartography design begins with the actual contours of a place. Mountain ridges, valleys, and elevation lines are translated into knit, transforming a familiar landscape into wearable fine art.
Designed from real topography and made slowly by hand, each piece carries a sense of place—something remembered, explored, or simply loved.
Wearable Art.
Made to Last.
Designed beyond seasons and trends, each piece begins as an original work of fiber art—knit or woven slowly, finished by hand, and made to be worn.
Natural, rescued, and recycled fibers are chosen with intention, while small-batch production keeps waste low and every piece personal.
These aren't clothes made to fill a closet. They're pieces made to become part of your story.
Meet the Maker
Weaving 100% Bamboo yarn for wraps and jackets.
I did my first yarn project when I was four years old, and I’ve had fiber in my hands ever since. What began as a childhood joy has grown into The Chickadee Tree—a home for fiber art rooted in connection, color, and care.
I believe in:
Working with rescued and recycled fibers
Creating low-waste, high-love pieces
Designing fashion that’s free from fast trends
Letting nature and color lead the way
Thank you for supporting slow, thoughtful fashion.
